With respect, I think you're reading more into that sentence than is actually there. The sentence says that Georgiana lived primarily at Pemberley after the wedding, implying that she had lived primarily in London before it. But your conclusion -- that Georgiana lived separately from Darcy when she lived in London -- isn't really implied.
