Pugilist Peer is now out!

And I apologise for the irritating line on page 293, I couldn't get rid of it, it belongs with the footnote. If anyone knows how to change footnote style I would be very grateful. I tinkered with it for an hour yesterday, and gave up. It doesn't show up in the template, only on the printed version. Meh ...
