Looking for Lucrezia - is her story published or plagiarized?

I don't know if this story was posted here or solely on AHA, but it is now for sale on Amazon, and has been referred to as a stolen story in its sole Amazon review. I'd like to know if it is indeed stolen. I hate to think she's being punished if she is the person listing her book for sale. The website on Lucrezia's profile is no longer in operation. Any idea how to contact her?
