It has to be just an ego thing. The poster has made a little group where the stories are posted and there's always the adoring comments about how wonderful she is for doing this and how much people miss the stories.
But, there are also comments from others who are making statements about how they would like to edit the stories and other similar things. These comments are dangerous. Since the stories are stolen from their original posting places here at DWG, the copyrights are no longer visible and those who want to edit may do just that and could publish them as their own and the further the dishonesty trail goes, the harder it would be for the original authors to get back their rights to their story.
I am continuing to report each story as it is posted. I've been around the JAFF world since back in the 90s and have a great deal of respect for the writers and can't stand this kind of blatant dishonesty. And, like I said, there are even a few names of other authors on her favorable comments. Wonder how they would feel if the stories that are stolen are their own? If you see any of these at FFN, please report them. That's about the only help we can offer the original authors.
