Thank you! (spoilerish)

Thank you to everyone who was brave enough to read this story. And thank you to all who left a comment and let me know you were touched or moved or otherwise appreciated it (enjoyed is probably the wrong word). Very encouraging--especially for a story that I wasn’t sure anyone would actually read. I did hope that the relief of learning Elizabeth is alive and well would be sufficient to make the suffering worthwhile, and I’m glad that some of you found it to be the case. To those for whom it wasn’t, I do apologize.
