Oh, i’m convinced that they may not have explicitly colluded but it was defintielly deliberate that wickham perished rather than go to trial. Bennet was taking care of his daughters and deflecting attention from their involvement. Very nice story. Good balance of clues and misdirection. Nice path of self-discovery for the 3 main characters tho’ Darcy’s was perhaps a bit abrupt at the end. Goodby BTroisi - Derbyshire Writers' Guild

well thank you! I'm trying. I spent so much time reading fanfic but am not a writer so I thought I should give back in the only way I could. But my programming days are long behind me and it is much harder than I thought it would be! I see that there are many entries for this story in the message board but no entry in the story TOC. I thougth the name looked familiar (I must have archived it in 2019). Did you perhaps ask that the story be removed since then? In taking over the admin, I've been poking around and found a trove of "unapproved" comments. No one knows how they got side tracked but I just approved them. Hey, I'm sorry that I've been so distracted with rl in this horrible year. But I am in the process of archiving stories again. It unfortunately involves programming (which I've not done for decades) and quite a bit of manual work. But hope to get it to the point that I can just turn the crank periodically.
